Abstract
결론
저자는 RS Dymograph와 교합력계를 사용하여, 건전 자연 유치 보유 아동 40명 대조군과
가철성 보극 장치 장착 아동 25명 실험군에 대한 교합력 양상을 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론
을 얻었다.
1. 최대 교합력은 대조군에서 15.18kg, 실험군에서 5.41㎏이었다.
2. 곡선의 기울기는 대조군에서 61.09°, 실험군에서 50.68°이었다.
3. 만곡지수는 대조군에서 0.74, 실험군에서 2.05이었다.
4. 최대 교합 시간은 대조군에서 0,22sec, 실험군에서 0.27 sec 이었다.

A kinematical study of bite force during voluntary isometric contraction was
investigated in 25 removable space maintainer wearing children as the experimentals and
40 children as the normals, ranging from 4 to 8 years old.
The author observed maximum bite force, slope of bite force graph, curve index and
duration of maximal bite force by way of the foil strain gauge (MPM -3,000) and RS
Dymograph (Beck-man).
The obtained results were as follows;
1. Maximal bite forces were 15.18㎏ of the normals and 5.41㎏ of the experimentals.
2. The slopes of bite force graph were 61.09° of the normals and 50.68° of the
experimentals.
3. The curve indexes were 0.74 of the normals and 2.05 of the experimentals.
4. The duration of maximal bite force were.0.22 sec of the normals and 0.27 sec of
the experimentals.
